Job summary

AGCO Corporation in Jackson, Minnesota invites a Software Engineer (m/f/d) for Machine Control - Chassis Dynamics to design and implement embedded control software for drive-by-wire systems, including braking and steering, and active suspension across machine platforms.

You'll model-based develop with MATLAB/Simulink and C, work with CAN, review code, and collaborate with global teams to advance AGCO's autonomy strategy.

Qualifications

• Embedded software development experience in automotive/embedded systems.
• Model-based design with MATLAB/Simulink and C; CAN knowledge.
• Experience with version control (GIT/SVN) and AUTOSAR basics.
• Familiarity with RTOS and vehicle bus systems; ISO 25119 awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement chassis dynamics software modules and review code.
• Debug vehicle data using CANoe/CANalyzer/CAPL/PCAN/CANtrace.
• Develop machine control systems and control loops; document in Polarion.
• Create test scenarios with test engineers and automate workflows.
• Integrate modules from suppliers; define interfaces with electrical/mechanical teams.
