About the Role

At Intrex, we’re building Rythmos—a cutting-edge safety and wellness solution that helps seniors age safely at home. We're looking for a Junior Embedded Systems Engineer (recent grads welcome!) to join our growing hardware/firmware team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn fast, build cool stuff, and make a real difference in people’s lives.

What You’ll Do

As part of the Rythmos engineering team, you’ll:

• Build and debug firmware features for our wearables and smart sensors
• Help support new hardware installs across senior living communities
• Troubleshoot customer issues and support field engineering
• Test and validate devices to ensure high quality (QA)
• Help with OTAP (Over-The-Air Programming), device provisioning, and firmware deployment
• Occasionally support after-hours on-call operations (rotation-based)

What You’ll Learn (and Grow Into)

• Embedded C/C++ development
• Microcontrollers, BLE, and low-power sensors
• Linux systems, devops basics, and CI/CD pipelines
• Device fleet management at scale
• Working with real customer feedback and field data
• Just earned a degree in EE, CE, CS, or a related field
• Have some hands-on projects in firmware, electronics, or embedded dev
• Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Want to build things that actually help people
• Algorithms, signal processing, or real-time systems
• Schematic-level hardware understanding
• Linux, sysadmin, or shell scripting
• Jenkins/GitHub Actions or similar CI tools
