Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking an Embedded Software Architect to shape cutting-edge systems and lead software solutions for advanced EW capabilities. You will contribute at the requirements and architecture level to ensure successful deployment across platforms.

You will engage with stakeholders to define system requirements, shape architectural solutions, and guide design principles, modularity, and toolchain reuse. Hybrid working options are available, with additional security screening as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software architecture for embedded systems.
• Strong C++ and embedded software development background.
• Experience with UML modelling and object-oriented design.
• Familiarity with Linux and VXWorks would be beneficial.
• Ability to work across requirements and architecture levels.

Responsibilities
