Job summary

118-WW TMG MFG OPS in Dallas seeks an experienced software engineering leader to oversee the work of applications engineers, define system requirements with customers, and drive ASPICE/ISO26262 compliant solutions for AUTOSAR-based BSW integration.

You will lead 4–6 engineers, mentor teams, manage project delivery, and coordinate with systems and marketing to produce documentation and collateral that showcase silicon capability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ECE or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related field.
• Experience leading a team of 4–6 engineers.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers to capture requirements.
• Familiarity with ASPICE and ISO26262 safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, integration and validation of Complex Device Drivers (CDDs) into AUTOSAR systems.
• Lead customer collaboration to define requirements for CDD development.
• Drive verification and performance optimization for customer use cases.
• Provide technical leadership and debugging across software and hardware interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with ASPICE and ISO26262 safety guidelines.
• Develop documentation and collateral with Systems/Marketing; manage a 4–6 person team.
