Guitar Center is seeking an Embedded Service Technician II to deliver on-site AV service and support for client installations. You will manage maintenance, setup conference spaces, and troubleshoot audio/video systems while coordinating with service management and client teams.
You should have 2–4 years in commercial AV, knowledge of control systems, and proficiency with Windows/Mac and iOS devices. Travel may be required; safety is prioritized on every site.
As an Embedded Service Technician II, you will play a critical part within the Service Department. You will be the face of the company with our clients, providing support, and ensuring the AV systems installed are working at optimal performance. You will work effectively and efficiently in partnership with the client and the service management team to provide on‑site support for AVDG customers.
