Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking an Embedded Technician to service STC products at customer sites, including intrusion, CCTV, and access control systems. The role emphasizes on-site maintenance and timely response to post-installation issues.

Candidates should have vocational training in electronics or electromechanical engineering, 1–2 years' experience with access control and CCTV, and certifications such as CCure 900 or Lenel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years installing/servicing Access Control and CCTV.
• CCure 900 Certification and Lenel Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Office applications.
• Ability to perform door hardware troubleshooting and install security hardware.

Responsibilities

• Services intrusion, CCTV, and access control security systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Complete maintenance to reduce emergency calls and drive zero callbacks.
• Assist in start-up and checks for new equipment installations.
• Plan basic installations and ensure systems are operational.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer relations.
• Adhere to safety, policies, and documentation requirements.
• Keep up with product and technology changes and attend trainings.
