Securitas Technology Corporation (STC) is seeking an Embedded Service Technician I in Lee's Summit, MO. You will provide on-site service for security systems, perform maintenance, and assist with installations to ensure operational readiness.

A strong technical background in electronics or electromechanical systems, plus 1–2 years in access control and CCTV, is required. The role offers a full-time schedule with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience installing/servicing Access Control and CCTV.
• CCure, Lenel, and related certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server/Client environments and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Service intrusion, CCTV, and access control systems at customer sites.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and calibrate equipment to reduce emergency calls.
• Assist with start-up of new equipment and system installations.
• Ensure professional image and adherence to safety policies.
• Maintain documentation and customer relations; support contract retention.
