Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems; Genetec, Lenel, Mercury preferred.
• Sentra IDS and CCTV experience is highly relevant.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools such as a multimeter, line tester, and cable tester.
• Daily use of boom or scissor lifts or platform ladders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Execute, track, and update ticket assignments.
• Maintain professional client interactions with clear communications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders involved in tickets.
• Read and understand specifications and drawings; maintain documentation.
• Record changes for accurate change management.
• Provide user training when improper operation is observed.
• Work in accordance with policies and standards; ensure quality.
• Verify repairs with client and obtain acceptance before closing tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
