Job summary

Insight Global’s client seeks an Embedded Software/Firmware Engineer to advance real-time signal processing for communications and spectrum sensing systems. You will design, implement, test, and field embedded firmware across FPGA/DSP/microcontroller platforms and contribute to AI/ML driven algorithms for EW and DoW applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related field.
• 5+ years of professional embedded software development.

Responsibilities

• Develop algorithms and code for real-time signal processing.
• Implement, test, and field embedded firmware across FPGA, DSP, microcontroller platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance communication systems and spectrum sensing solutions.
• Support documentation and design reviews for future enhancements.
