Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a talented Resident Consultant to join our LADOT embedded team, delivering ProjectWise coaching, training, and administration services.

The role demands strong communication, hands-on ProjectWise experience, and the ability to train staff while supporting transportation design workflows. Remote, home-based with periodic on-site visits to Indianapolis; travel four times a year.

Qualifications

• At least five years of ProjectWise administration experience.
• Experience creating training materials or instructional videos is a plus.
• Excellent English proficiency with strong verbal communication for video recordings and live training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration, configuration, and optimization of the LADOT ProjectWise environment
• Deliver expert-level ProjectWise coaching and training to LADOT staff
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance on ProjectWise
• Foster strong user relationships through consistent partnership and collaboration
• Remote, home-based position with full-time collaboration with LADOT
• Periodic travel to the LADOT office in Indianapolis, IN (minimum four on-site visits annually)
• Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer
