Job summary
Blue Origin in Seattle, WA is seeking a Software Engineer to build embedded platform software for avionics and spaceflight systems. You will develop drivers, middleware, and tools, and work closely with hardware and systems engineers to ensure safe, reliable operation across platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of embedded software development experience.
- Proficient in C/C++ and real-time systems.
- Experience with drivers, middleware, and hardware interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Develop platform software for embedded avionics systems (drivers, middleware, applications).
- Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers to define software requirements.
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance analysis across hardware.
- Create clear documentation and participate in code reviews.
