Job Description

We are hiring an Embedded Linux Field Engineer for Devices/IoT to expand into industries like Automotive, Medical Devices, Industrial Systems, Robotics, and Consumer Electronics. Ideal candidates are Linux experts familiar with OS internals, containerization, debugging, and embedded development. Experience with low-level Linux boot, BIOS, firmware, and embedded software is essential. This role involves engaging with customers during presales, delivering projects, and providing feedback for product development.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers during presales to gather requirements and explain our technology
  • Elaborate solutions for prospective clients
  • Participate in the delivery of Embedded Linux projects
  • Convey market requirements internally and contribute to solution development
  • Act as a customer advocate and trusted advisor
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Extensive Linux experience (Debian/Ubuntu preferred)
  • Distribution/Packaging experience (deb, rpm, etc.)
  • Embedded Linux experience (Yocto, Buildroot, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Golang, Python, C, C++, or Rust
  • Professional English communication skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented with multi-tasking ability
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • For Japan/Korea roles, proficiency in local language
Additional Skills
  • Customer engagement experience is a plus
