In this role you’ll have the unique opportunity to directly influence and scale internal legal operations for our customers (Palantirians), who are working alongside the world’s most critical institutions. By building on Palantir’s powerful platforms, leveraging integrated cutting‑edge AI, you’ll help Palantir unlock the full potential to make smarter, faster decisions.
The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 – $145,000 per year. Total compensation may also include Restricted Stock Units, sign‑on bonus, and other potential future incentives, and will be determined by individual qualifications, experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign‑on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long‑term incentives.

Some roles allow remote work on an exceptional basis, requiring the employee to be in the state of employment. If the posting is specified as onsite, an office presence is required.
