Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Embedded Hardware Engineering Manager in Agoura Hills, CA. The role focuses on driving high-precision digital, DC, and AC/RF electronics from capability to production-ready measurement accuracy across automated test platforms.

The candidate will oversee hardware and software calibration engineers, develop calibration software and algorithms, and work with hardware, software, manufacturing, and product teams to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in hardware/embedded engineering leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in driving calibration and test automation across production platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware and software calibration teams, setting priorities and technical direction.
• Develop calibration software/algorithms for high-precision electronics in SOC test systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure compliance and meets customer applications.
• Design automated calibration algorithms to improve measurement accuracy and reduce cycle times.
• Integrate calibration routines into test software and maintenance platforms using C#-based workflows.
• Analyze calibration data and trends to drive quality improvements and reduce downtime.
