The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, along with hands-on experience in embedded hardware design and firmware development. This role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, and requires collaboration with fellow engineers and teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in embedded hardware design, schematic capture, layout, and board bring up.
• Experience in analog and digital circuit design including DC/DC power supplies, Ethernet, USB, DDR memory, PCIe, SPI, I2C and/or UARTs.
• Ability to work closely with team members across different functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, schematic capture, and prototype microcontroller and microprocessor based products.
• Develop firmware and/or FPGA designs.
• Identify engineering trends and drive strategies for technical direction.
