Job summary

Vantage Consulting is seeking a Hardware Engineer to lead the development of industrial sensing systems that endure harsh environments. You’ll own hardware development from schematic capture to sensor integration, prototyping, assembly, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities include designing electronic hardware, integrating accelerometers/IMUs/thermal cameras, and advancing embedded hardware with ESP32 microcontrollers, plus power management and enclosure integration for reliable field

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics hardware development and schematic capture.
• Experience integrating sensors and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with microcontrollers, electronics prototyping and hardware debugging.
• Proficiency in assembly, soldering, wiring and electronic test equipment.

You will take technical ownership of the hardware development lifecycle, from schematic capture and PCB design through to sensor integration, prototyping, assembly, testing and deployment.

Duties

• Design and develop electronic hardware, including PCB layouts and schematic capture
