Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) at Camp Murray, Washington, to support the Air National Guard Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Human Performance Optimization Program. The role involves developing individualized strength and conditioning programs aimed at optimizing the physical performance of operators.

Ideal candidates should possess a master's degree and CSCS or SCCC certification, along with at least five years of relevant experience in tactical sports or high-performance settings. Competitive pay of $70,000–$90,000 annually is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with a focus in Human Performance or Exercise Science.
• Minimum of five years of experience supporting tactical military athletes or equivalent high-performance environments.
• Must possess CSCS or SCCC certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance assessments and needs analyses for operators.
• Design and implement strength and conditioning programs.
• Deliver educational briefings on human performance.
