Job summary

LMR Technical Group in Wichita, KS is seeking a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist responsible for enhancing physical performance of Tactical Air Control Party Operators.

The role involves developing and managing conditioning programs, conducting performance assessments, and delivering educational briefings. Preferred candidates may have experience with Air Force Special Operations or within military environments. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience supporting Tactical military athletes, collegiate athletics, or professional athletics.
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification.
• Ability to meet all installation access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive performance assessments for assigned operators.
• Design and implement strength and conditioning programs.
• Deliver educational briefings related to physical readiness and performance.
