Mainspring Energy is seeking an experienced Systems Engineering Manager - Embedded Controls to lead the architectural definition and requirements breakdown for our electro-mechanical power platform. You will own the Systems Engineering V-model across the controls, embedded software, and cloud layers, and partner with Mechanical and Electrical teams to ensure digital models reflect physical realities.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team of Systems and Controls engineers, drive MBSE

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering of complex connected systems.
• 2+ years in technical leadership/people management.
• Experience with System V-model and ICDs.

Responsibilities

• Lead top-down requirements and architecture.
• Own ICDs, state machines, and HIL plans.
• Mentor a team of Systems and Controls engineers.
• Collaborate with Mechanical & Electrical teams on sensors/actuators.
