Job summary

F3EA, Inc. seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide embedded psychological services to Special Operations Forces personnel at Camp Lejeune, NC.

The role involves conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based treatment, and supporting resilience and readiness within an integrated POTFF team. Requirements include an APA-accredited PhD or PsyD, an APA internship, and an unrestricted license to practice psychology in the United States, plus two years of mental health experience and BLS

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship or residency.
• Current, full, active license to practice psychology in a US state, DC, PR, GU, or USVI.
• At least two years of clinical practice in a mental health setting.
• Ability to meet government credentialing and background-screening requirements.
• Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association (or ability to obtain before duties).

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, testing instruments, records, and collateral information.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group psychological treatment within granted clinical privileges.
• Assess and manage behavioral health risk, including crisis response and safety planning.
• Develop and support prevention, resilience, and behavioral health programs for SOF personnel.
• Consult with POTFF professionals, medical personnel, and leaders on psychological readiness while maintaining ethics and confidentiality.
• Maintain complete clinical records and required reports.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement, peer review, and continuing professional education.
