Job summary

F3EA, Inc. seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide embedded psychological services to Special Operations Forces personnel as part of a POTFF team at Camp Lejeune, NC. The role involves psychological assessment and treatment, supporting readiness and resilience initiatives, and collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to improve performance and behavioral health outcomes.

This position is contingent upon contract award and Government approval. U.S.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Philosophy or Doctor of Psychology in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Successful completion of an APA-accredited internship or residency.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted psychology license in a U.S. state or territory.
• At least two years of clinical practice in a mental health setting.
• Ability to meet government credentialing and background-screening requirements.
• Current Basic Life Support certification or ability to obtain before duties begin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, testing, records, and collateral information.
• Establish diagnoses and provide evidence-based individual and group treatment.
• Assess and manage behavioral health risk, including crisis response and safety planning.
• Develop and support prevention, resilience, and behavioral health programs for SOF personnel.
• Consult with POTFF professionals and leaders on psychological readiness while maintaining ethics and confidentiality.
• Maintain complete clinical records, workload data, and required reports.
• Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and continuing professional education.
