Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a Client Service Manager—Dedicated Client Engagement to be embedded with a single security services client in the Albany area. You will own the client relationship, translate needs into delivery actions, and collaborate with the delivery teams to meet security objectives.

Ideal candidates have MSP/MSSP experience, knowledge of security operations, and strong communication skills. Relocation support is available for the right candidate, with frequent travel to Albany.

Qualifications

• Information Security education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in MSP/MSSP environments is required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate client direction into deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationship and act as primary liaison.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs and report metrics.
• Translate client input into clear guidance for the delivery team.
• Educate the client on security practices and risks.
