Job summary

Halian is seeking a Software Engineer – C/C++ with embedded systems experience to design, develop, and troubleshoot software for a wireline telemetry and logging system. You will work on OS APIs, 2D graphics, and low-level components, collaborating across engineering teams to deliver robust software.

Responsibilities include implementing features, maintaining legacy code, debugging at multiple levels, and ensuring quality with documentation and tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent experience.
• 1–6 years C/C++ programming experience.
• Experience with OS APIs (Win32/Linux).
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, debugging.
• Experience with 2D graphics programming (SDL/GDI).
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software in C/C++.
• Integrate features into existing and legacy systems.
