We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong C/C++ development experience, operating system APIs, and low-level systems programming to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software for a wireline telemetry and logging system.

• Integrate new features into existing and legacy software systems.
• Develop and maintain software components that interact with operating system services and hardware interfaces.

• Apply data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns to build reliable, efficient applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent software development experience.
• 1–6 years of C/C++ programming experience or equivalent.
• Experience with operating system APIs, such as Win32/Windows APIs or Linux system APIs.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, debugging, and software design patterns.
• Experience with 2D graphics programming, such as SDL, GDI, or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

• Embedded systems, firmware, or low-level software development.
• Device drivers, hardware interfaces, USB, serial communication, or networking.
• Experience maintaining legacy codebases and developing automated tests.
