Job summary

Venn is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise clients as their AI transformation partner. You’ll work with operations, marketing, and finance to identify pain points and ship near real-time solutions on top of Venn’s platform.

The role is like a startup CTO inside a large organization: define the problem, build, ship, and own the outcome with support from Venn’s data, platform, and engineering teams. Travel up to 25% for on-site client work is required.

Qualifications

• You've scoped and built products from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments.
• You've built or deployed systems powered by LLMs or generative models and understand how model behaviour affects product experience.
• You simplify complexity and make fast, sound decisions under pressure.
• You communicate clearly with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
• You spot risks early and adjust without slowing down.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to work on-site with clients.

Responsibilities

• Embed with the client to understand goals, stakeholders, and data.
• Build and ship end-to-end solutions on top of Venn’s platform and client data.
• Shape the roadmap by collaborating with client stakeholders on priorities.
• Own the outcome and bring learnings back to the product team for broader adoption.
