Job summary

Venn is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed inside enterprise clients as their AI transformation partner. You’ll work with operations, marketing, and finance teams to identify top pain points and ship near real-time solutions using Venn’s data platform.

You’ll operate like a startup CTO within a large organization: navigate ambiguity, define what matters, build, ship, and own the outcomes, while collaborating with the client and the Venn engineering organization behind you.

Qualifications

• Experience building products in ambiguous environments (0→1).
• Experience deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
• Ability to simplify complexity and make fast, sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication with engineers, product teams, and client stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site client work.
• Engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Embed with the client and map high-value problems across operations, marketing, and finance.
• Build and ship end-to-end solutions on top of Venn’s platform and client data.
• Shape the roadmap with client stakeholders and execute independently.
• Own outcomes and scale learnings to additional clients.
