Job summary

Venn is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed inside enterprise clients as an AI transformation partner. You will work with operations, marketing, and finance teams to identify high-value pain points and ship near real-time solutions using Venn's platform and data.

The role is hands-on, startup-like within a large organization: define scope, build, ship, and own the outcome with support from Venn's engineering organization. Travel to client sites is up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Experience scoping and building products from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with systems powered by LLMs or generative models and understanding of model behavior on product experience.
• Able to simplify complexity and make fast, sound decisions under pressure.
• Clear communication with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed with the client and deeply understand their organization, tech stack, and business model.
• Design, build, and ship end‑to‑end solutions on top of Venn's platform and client data.
• Shape the roadmap by working with client stakeholders and executing the plan.
• Own the outcome and scale solutions beyond the first client.
