Job summary

Domino Data Lab in New York, NY seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed AI workflows inside regulated customer environments, delivering production-grade solutions and guiding data science teams.

You'll own customer engagements from onboarding to deployment, contribute to platform improvements, and translate complex requirements into tested technical solutions, while championing governance and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer-facing technical experience.
• Strong Python (primary) with SQL, R, and Bash familiarity.
• Experience with Kubernetes and managed services.
• Experience deploying ML workflows and AI/ML models.
• Experience navigating regulated environments and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Onboard shadowing customers and learn Domino platform mechanics, partner with EM and senior FDE.
• Own engagements and deploy production-grade solutions across the MLOps lifecycle.
• Translate field feedback into product improvements and contribute to knowledge base.
