Job summary

Domino is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Life Sciences-focused Customer Engineering Solutions Team. You will write production code and deploy AI workflows inside customer environments, delivering solutions that customers could not build quickly on their own.

In regulated settings, you will collaborate with data scientists and IT teams, own engagements end-to-end, and shape Domino’s platform with field feedback to accelerate real-world adoption of AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of software engineering or ML/AI deployment experience.
• Proven track record delivering ML workflows and model deployment/monitoring in production.
• Experience working in regulated environments with data security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own engagements end-to-end from discovery to production deployment in customer environments.
• Build production-grade AI workflows and provide guidance on best practices in MLOps.
• Collaborate with data science, IT, and product teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Contribute to reusable playbooks and deployment guides for the field.
