Job summary

Domino is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to implement production-grade AI workflows inside customer environments. You will master the Domino platform, shadow customer setups, and build scalable solutions across the MLOps lifecycle.

You’ll own engagements by month six, collaborating with data science teams and client stakeholders to accelerate delivery while adhering to security and governance standards. This is a fast-paced, impactful role in a regulated enterprise context.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong engineering roots with Python primary skill and familiarity with SQL, R, Bash.
• Experience with Kubernetes and managed Kubernetes services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Evidence of delivering ML workflows, model deployment/monitoring, or generative AI/agent projects.
• Ability to navigate regulated environments and translate requirements into solutions.
• Excellent communication across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and shadow inside the customer environment to learn data, tooling, and objectives.
• Take full ownership by Month 6, delivering production-grade ML solutions and guiding data science teams.
• Lead accounts and contribute playbooks, templates, and deployment guides to improve delivery speed.
