Job summary

Omada Health is seeking a Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer to embed AI into Finance workflows. You will own end-to-end AI projects, from discovery to production, across integrations with NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, FloQast, and data warehouses.

You will collaborate with Finance leadership to deliver measurable business impact and ensure SOX-aligned governance. You will build AI-enabled systems for financial quality, controls, forecasting, and narrative automation, balancing speed with reliability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying software, data, automation, or AI-powered applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI-enabled systems in production environments.
• Experience designing retrieval or contextual knowledge systems across large document corpora.
• Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance in enterprise AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and building production APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Embed inside Finance, own AI workflows from discovery to deployment and iteration.
• Design, build, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI-powered finance systems.
• Collaborate with Finance SMEs to ensure workflows are accurate and transparent.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and enable governance for enterprise AI adoption.
• Partner with ERP, planning, and data platforms to connect AI to enterprise data.
