OpenTalent seeks a Deployed Engineer to work with enterprise customers, translating workflows into concrete software specs and guiding engineering teams. You will design agent architectures, co-build evaluation pipelines, and embed with client teams to ship production-grade agent systems.

Bring 4+ years in software engineering with deep Python expertise and 2+ years building production agents. Strong client-facing skills and experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Deep Agents are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering with strong Python expertise.
• 2+ years building and shipping production agent systems.
• Ability to articulate architectural decisions to technical stakeholders.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Deep Agents and multi-agent patterns.

Responsibilities

• Advising: agent architecture design and production guidance.
• Building: co-build with customer engineering teams across the ADLC.
• Embedding: serve as a deployed engineer inside the customer's team.
• Agent Engineering: end-to-end ADLC, orchestration, and deployments.
• Applied AI: post-training, fine-tuning, and evaluation methods.
