• Proven ability to embed with non-technical domain experts and translate workflows into engineering requirements.
• Familiarity with compliance concepts like transaction monitoring and sanctions screening.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration concepts and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Compliance leadership to surface automation opportunities with high business leverage.
• Prototype quickly using Coinbase's AI platform as the foundation for solutions.
• Own the Compliance automation roadmap with leadership, translating workflows into engineering requirements.
• Define build-vs-buy strategy for Compliance tooling and evaluate internal vs external options.
• Ensure automated outputs are traceable, auditable, and regulator-ready with proper controls.
• Drive adoption through brown-bag sessions, prototypes, and feedback loops.
