Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit, balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is accurate.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe and sound.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to update management on overnight activities.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations throughout the night.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word documents; adept at solving problems independently.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• One year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
