Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is seeking a Technical Product Lead for Embarkation and Port Operations to own the portfolio of guest check-in, boarding, debarkation, and terminal systems. You will lead a team of developers, drive the product roadmap, and coordinate with PMO, platform engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in tech, 3+ years of people management, and experience with guest-facing systems and port operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, MIS, Business Admin or Project Management.
7+ years in a technology environment with strategic thinking exposure.
3+ years managing a team of 5+ employees and product ownership experience.
Hands-on leadership of software development teams through full SDLC.
Experience with embarkation, port operations, or guest-facing systems.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for embarkation and port ops systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
Manage vendor relationships and roadmap alignment.
Oversee KPIs, analytics, and performance reporting for the product portfolio.
Lead a team of developers, providing direction and technical guidance.
Ensure security, governance, and documentation standards are met.
Coordinate backlog, sprint planning, and release activities.
Liaise with PMO, Platform Engineering, and IT teams for strategy and compliance.
