Cardinal Health’s Embark Program offers an entry-level path for new graduates to build skills through hands-on work, mentorship, and a structured development journey. Located in Riverside, CA, the program starts on June 28, 2027, with a full-time Operations Supervisor role during the 12 months.

You will gain exposure to warehouse controls, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while building leadership capabilities for a future career in healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, management, operations, or related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment and flexible shifts.
• Unlimited work authorization in the United States without sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work assignments for frontline leads and associates.
• Interact with subordinates, customers, and peers at various management levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and mitigate risks within supervised team and broader warehouse operations.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and monitor productivity and quality metrics.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping, attendance records and scheduling.
