Job summary

Cardinal Health invites recent graduates to join the Embark Program in Atlanta, a 12‑month, hands-on development track in warehouse operations. You will rotate through IN/OUTBOUND tasks and gain exposure to a high‑performing distribution network, while working full-time as an Operations Supervisor during the program.

You’ll be paired with a mentor, develop leadership and problem-solving skills, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on capstone projects, preparing you for future roles

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, management, operations, or related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Willing to work day/evening/overnight shifts based on operational requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work assignments of frontline leads and associates.
• Interacts with subordinates, customers, and peers at various management levels.
• Identifies opportunities to improve operations and mitigate risks.
• Leads continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
• Monitors productivity, quality metrics, and inventory accuracy.
• Balances floor work with administrative duties.
• Ensures warehouse systems are ready and prioritizes tasks for teams.
