Responsibilities

Supervises the daily work assignments and performance of frontline group leads and associates.
Interacts frequently with subordinates, customers, and peer groups at various management levels.
Identifies opportunities to improve operations and mitigate risks within supervised team and broader warehouse operations.
Leads continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
Monitors productivity and quality metrics including cycle times, lines per hour, and shortages.
Adheres to budgetary guidelines and works to meet Distribution Center objectives.
Engages in employee development, including training, coaching, and performance appraisals.
Maintains accurate timekeeping, attendance/PTO records and scheduling.
Dwells on the floor for most of the day while balancing administrative duties.
Ensures warehouse systems are ready and prioritizes the work of each group lead and team.
