Experian is seeking a Compliance Assurance Lead to drive risk-based assurance across EMAP regions and contribute to continuous improvement of the function. You will plan, execute and report on assurance reviews, test controls, and work with business owners to close gaps with practical actions.
You will strengthen methodology, oversee GenAI-enabled tooling, and shape governance and regional insight under the Head of Compliance Assurance.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in compliance monitoring, testing, assurance, audit, or similar role.
- Experience in a large regulated environment.
- Experience with EU privacy and data protection regulations.
- Fluent English.
- Professional audit qualification such as ACCA, CIA, or CISA.
Responsabilidades
- Lead assurance reviews and regional delivery across EMAP.
- Plan and execute reviews following the Global Compliance Management Programme.
- Define review scope, testing approach and programmes.
- Build and perform testing of compliance controls.
- Conduct fieldwork, reviews and fact-finding meetings.
- Maintain high-quality working papers and report findings clearly.
- Turn findings into actionable plans and drive remediation.
