Job summary

The 21st Agency is seeking an Email & Web Specialist to support client marketing across email platforms, websites, ecommerce, and campaign execution. You’ll work in an in-house, fast-paced setting with a focus on accuracy and speed across multiple client accounts.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, technically capable, and comfortable navigating Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, WordPress and Shopify. You will ensure campaigns, pages, automations, and forms are clean, functional, and on

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, MailChimp and ActiveCampaign.
Experience with WordPress and Shopify.
Strong understanding of email campaign setup, automation and segmentation.
Experience with landing pages, ecommerce content updates, and analytics.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and QA rigor.

Responsibilities

Build, schedule, and QA email campaigns across Klaviyo, MailChimp and ActiveCampaign.
Set up automated email flows, welcome sequences and cart abandonment.
Segment lists and analyze performance to optimize campaigns.
Develop and update WordPress and Shopify pages, pages and landing pages.
Coordinate with analytics tools for reporting and insights.
Ensure mobile-friendly, on-brand emails and sites; QA before launch.
