Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to drive the production and launch of content and product communications. You will execute email campaigns, test and optimize, and collaborate with strategic partners to implement best-practice strategies using industry tools.

The role requires hands-on experience with HTML/CSS for email, familiarity with Adobe Campaign/Journey Optimizer, and a data-driven approach to improve engagement and deliverability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of email marketing standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with email 테스트ing (A/B) and QA processes for campaigns.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email coding and editing.

Responsibilities

• Execute email sends and perform quality testing and A/B tests.
• Collaborate with marketing partners to implement email strategy.
• Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations to optimize performance.
• Develop and update HTML email templates and test enhancements.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Maintain email database in line with CAN-Spam and Club policies.
• Coordinate email content using Club software (Jira, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign).
• Ensure all SLAs and deadlines are met.
