Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking an email marketing specialist to collaborate with strategic partners to produce and launch content and product using industry tools. You will execute email sends, test, analyze campaigns, and develop HTML email templates for various business lines.

You will work with marketing to shape email strategy, ensure CAN-Spam compliance, and coordinate content using Jira, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Campaign.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with email marketing tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with CAN-Spam regulations and email standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage email sends and quality testing.
• Perform A/B testing and routine database maintenance.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute email strategy.
• Develop HTML email templates and test enhancements.
• Create and update SOPs.
• Maintain email database per CAN-Spam rules.
• Coordinate content via Jira and Adobe tools.
• Meet all SLAs and deadlines.
