Alliance Defending Freedom is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own the execution of our email program on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work with content, design, and donor acquisition teams to deliver targeted messages to supporters and support our marketing technology modernization.

You will build campaigns, manage templates and content, and optimize journeys, with a focus on deliverability, testing, and compliance.

Competenze

Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and active status.
3+ years hands-on experience building and deploying email programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency with Email Studio, Content Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder.
HTML/CSS for responsive emails, plus AMPscript and SQL.
Experience with segmentation, dynamic content, and A/B testing.
Strong understanding of email deliverability and compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Mansioni

Build, QA, and send email campaigns in Email Studio (one-time, recurring, triggered).
Create templates, content blocks, and dynamic content in Content Builder.
Manage send classifications, sender profiles, delivery profiles, and subscription/opt-out handling.
Design and build lifecycle programs in Journey Builder and Automation Studio (welcome series, donor nurture, re-engagement).
Configure entry sources, decision splits, wait logic, and exit criteria.
Build and maintain audience segments using Data Extensions, SQL queries, AMPscript, and filters.
Maintain data hygiene and consent compliance.
Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests; analyze performance and report on opens, clicks, conversions, revenue.
Monitor deliverability metrics, CAN-SPAM/GDPR/CCPA compliance, and maintain process documentation.
