Base pay range

$46.00/hr - $49.00/hr

Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description

• Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to delivery and analysis.
• Identifying opportunities for email optimization and implementing A/B testing to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and engagement rates.
• Monitor and study email campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), such as email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
• Email automation for Salesforce Automation Cloud

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to delivery and analysis
• Weekly cycle – by end of week, plan for next week. Testing certain activations. Responsible for building emails
• Set up the template in HTML
• Build a campaign in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to prepare for next week's launch
• The manager provides details, individuals look for optimizations
• Mon/Tues pulling data/performance metrics for business review on Tuesday
• Tues-Weds building and pivoting based on performance
• Friday planning for next cycle
• Create emails on a weekly basis, pulling reports
• Some tickets, Asana, Quip, Knak (new tool for building emails, currently onboarding and will be the opportunity to learn this)
• Highly collaborative role – driven by managers but room for ownership
• 3-5 ideas for tactical experimentation and implemented by individuals
• 5 campaigns/week

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an email marketer or a marketing role.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Marketo, SFMC, Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, and other marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable with shifting and pivoting
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

Degree/Certification:

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
• Would consider Associates with equal industry experience

Preferred:

• 3-4+ years of experience email marketer or a marketing role
• Start up experience
• Experience in Medical/Health marketing

Top 3 must-have hard skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience (SFMC)
• 2+ years of experience as an email marketer or a marketing role
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance
