Job summary

Protect Life Michigan is seeking a Marketing team member to assist the Director of Marketing with email campaigns and writing projects. You will craft professional copy for emails and other materials and help maintain the organization’s style guide and branding.

You will research trends, support event marketing, and collaborate to ensure consistent messaging across channels while working from home with a semi-flexible schedule. A one-year commitment is encouraged as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Commitment to the pro-life movement and Protect Life Michigan's mission.
• Ability to commit to the position for at least one year.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in writing.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to organize effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Applications, Canva, Mailchimp, popular social media platforms, and graphic design (preferred).
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and productively.

Responsibilities

• Write professional copy for Protect Life Michigan emails, and posts, brochures, websites, handouts, and more.
• Research relevant trends and apply them to email marketing content and strategy.
• Assist in maintaining Protect Life Michigan’s language & style guide.
• Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across channels.
• Assist in regular event marketing for events such as Life Advocate Intensive, March for Life, Summer Internship Program, and Student Celebration.
