Position Title: Email-Chat Support Specialist

Job Overview:

As an Email-Chat Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients through email and chat, helping to resolve their queries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and efficiently.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to email and chat queries from clients in a professional and timely manner, with the aim of resolving their issues and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients with platforms, account, and payment related issues

- Monitor and respond to social media and review website comments or feedback, promptly addressing any concerns or issues

- Escalate complex issues and bugs to the appropriate teams and track the resolution process until completion

- Keep accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and provide regular reports on common issues and feedback to improve overall customer experience

- Continuously update and expand knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively assist clients

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Positive and empathetic attitude towards customer service
