Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to enable campaign execution through the Eloqua platform and related digital products. You will plan, build and deploy email campaigns to drive event registrations and attendee participation.

The role requires HTML email proficiency, marketing automation experience and strong communication skills, with a collaborative, detail-oriented approach in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years in related work is a plus.
• Experience with Marketing Automation, Eloqua preferred.
• Proficient in HTML for email building and in Excel.
• Experience with CMS or CRM systems preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and detail.
• Creative problem solving and proactive, action-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns with inputs from the team.
• Build templates and edit HTML using Eloqua or Knak.
• Configure marketing automation streams per campaign logic.
• Stage, test and deploy emails; ensure QA and accuracy.
• Monitor campaigns and report key metrics (open rate, CTR, unsubscribes).
• Suggest optimization opportunities for CTAs, copy, segmentation and subject lines.
• Collaborate on integrating marketing automation with CRM and other systems.
