Job summary

Goliath Technologies seeks an analytical Email Marketing & Marketing Automation Specialist to own planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of email programs. You will manage audience selection, deployment, landing pages, forms, and HubSpot integration to drive qualified leads.

The ideal candidate is hands-on with email marketing and marketing automation, highly organized, and skilled at ensuring campaigns work together to engage audiences and generate results.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, demand generation, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing campaign development, execution, testing, and reporting.
  • Experience building automated nurture sequences, workflows, segmentation, and lead-management processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate campaign setup, testing, tracking, and reporting.
  • Understanding of email deliverability, database hygiene, and email marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute email marketing campaigns, including webinar promotion, content distribution, prospect nurturing, customer communications, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Build, manage, and optimize automated nurture sequences for prospects and customers.
  • Coordinate email campaigns with landing pages, forms, calls-to-action, and other campaign assets.
  • Ensure the complete lead flow, from email click to website conversion to HubSpot, is properly configured, tested, tracked, and functioning.
  • Serve as the company's HubSpot subject matter expert (SME), including workflows, lists, forms, automation, segmentation, lead management, and reporting.
  • Manage audience segmentation and contact lists to improve targeting, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Track and report campaign performance, including delivery, opens, clicks, conversions, leads generated, and engagement.
  • Continuously test and optimize subject lines, messaging, audiences, timing, landing pages, forms, and nurture sequences.
  • Maintain email marketing best practices, database hygiene, deliverability, and compliance.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure lead and engagement data are properly captured in HubSpot and actionable by the sales team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing automation processes, campaign performance, and overall lead-generation effectiveness.

Position Summary

Goliath Technologies is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven Email Marketing & Marketing Automation Specialist to own the planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of the company's email marketing and marketing automation programs. This position is responsible for the complete campaign process: from audience selection and email deployment through landing pages, form submissions, HubSpot integration, lead routing, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with email marketing and marketing automation, is highly organized, and understands how individual campaign components work together to generate engagement and qualified leads. This individual will serve as the company's HubSpot subject matter expert (SME), ensuring marketing automation, segmentation, lead management, tracking, and reporting are properly configured and continuously optimized.

Compensation

$50,000–$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
