We’re looking for a results-driven, data-savvy Email & Affiliate Marketing Manager to take the lead on our lifecycle and performance partnerships strategy. If you live and breathe metrics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing: Email Marketing Strategy & Execution

Manage the full email funnel - from onboarding flows to upsell campaigns

Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to increase LTV and retention

Own performance tracking, testing, and optimization (Klaviyo/Hubspot/etc.)

Affiliate Marketing & Influencer Partnerships

Build and scale affiliate & referral programs with health/wellness creators

Develop commission structures and reporting dashboards

Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates + influencers to drive conversions

Analytics & Optimization

Monitor performance KPIs (open rates, CTRs, CVR, ROI)

Collaborate with the creative team for high-converting copy, visuals, and offers

Leverage customer data to create high-performance campaigns

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in DTC email marketing and/or affiliate management
• Proven track record with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical mindset — Excel/Sheets, UTM tracking, attribution tools
• Experience with affiliate networks, influencer marketing, or SaaS referrals
• Bonus: Health & wellness or telehealth marketing background.
