Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design EMAC program: create, implement, and manage Colorado's EMAC program and rapid resource procurement.
• Coordinate mutual aid and interstate deployments and ensure proper reimbursement workflows.
• Lead statewide outreach, training, and coordination with partners across government and NGOs.
• Oversee compliance with EMAC policies, fiscal controls, and incident response procedures.
